Troy Shimasaki has been a Senior Auditor with the Office of the City Auditor since December 2004.  He has worked at the State Auditor's Office and the Hawai'i State Legislature, holding various analyst and committee clerk positions in both the state House and Senate.  Troy was the in-charge auditor for audit projects that include the city's road maintenance program, neighborhood board system, ambulance fleet and operations, and camping program.  Troy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors.  He is a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors, Association of Government Accountants, and Institute of Internal Auditors.
