Established in 1929, the Municipal Reference Center (MRC) houses publications issued by and for the City and County of Honolulu agencies.  Although the MRC no longer sells copies of publications, many items are still available online by visiting the City and County of Honolulu homepage, our Online Sources page, or by searching for titles in the Hawaii CARD Network Online Catalog.    Archives may be accessed by requesting records from the appropriate City and County of Honolulu department.    To utilize MRC reference materials found in CARD, call (808)768-3765 to schedule an appointment.  Please be sure to leave your name, contact information, and a detailed message so an MRC staff member may contact you to confirm an appointment.  If you are calling from a neighbor island or an out-of-state telephone number, please email us at csdacess@honolulu.gov.
