KOKO HEAD COMPLEX HOSTS 14^th ANNUAL EASTER “EGGSTRAVAGANZA”

(Fri., Feb. 8, 2013) — The City’s Department of Parks and Recreation and the Koko Head Complex will sponsor “Easter Eggstravaganza,” an event for the entire family, featuring activities, games, and an Easter egg hunt, at Koko Head District Park on Saturday, March 23, 2013.  The park is located at 423 Kaumakani Street in Hawaii Kai.

            The popular free event begins at 9 a.m. with registration and simple carnival games administered by community groups.  At 10 a.m. an egg hunt will be held for ages 12 and under.   All participants receive a goody bag.

            Easter Eggstravaganza is sponsored by the Department of Parks and Recreation’s Koko Head Complex, which comprises Aina Haina Community Park, Kamilo Iki Community Park, Wailupe Community Park, and Koko Head District Park.
