HOME Investment Partnerships Program

The HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds activities that build, buy, or rehabilitate affordable housing for rent or homeownership or provide direct rental assistance to low-income people.  The City receives HOME funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and grants a portion of these funds to 501(c)(3) organizations through a competitive RFP process.
