The division staff is responsible for repairing and maintaining 2,100 miles of sewer lines that transport wastewater from homes and businesses to the treatment plants for disposal. Furthermore, the division oversees four preliminary treatment facilities and 70 wastewater pump stations. These are frontline workers, on call 24-7 for any emergency, while offering advice to home and business owners.
