Meeting Information

The Ethics Commission and its staff meet monthly usually at 11:30 a.m. in the Standard Financial Plaza, Conference Room of Suite 211, 715 South King Street. Meetings last approximately 1-2 hours. Meeting dates are set at the Commission's discretion two months in advance. The public is welcome to attend the open session portion of the meeting. The executive session portion during which the Commission pursues confidential matters and seeks the advice of its attorney is closed to the public.

An agenda is posted at Honolulu Hale and on the Commission's website no later than 6 calendar days prior to a meeting. Minutes of the open session and a summary of the executive session which have been approved by the Commission is also available at this site. You may request in writing to be on a mailing list to receive agenda and approved minutes by e-mail, fax, or postal service.
