ELECTION:   1. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair of the Civil Service Commission, City and
                       County of Honolulu, for the year 2012 - 2013. 

                       ACTION:

DECISION    2. Adoption on the Decision and Order on the appeal of Joseph K. Kimura     
AND ORDER:   against his dismissal as a Laborer I, BC-02 with the Department of Facility
                       Maintenance.   
  
                       ACTION:   

DECISION    3. Adoption on the Decision and Order on the appeal of Christopher J. Fernandez
AND ORDER:   against his non-selection as a Metropolitan Police Recruit with the Honolulu 
                       Police Department.               

                       ACTION:   

JORDAN     4. Appeal of Jordan Taniyama seeking to determine whether his non-selection
TANIYAMA:    as a Fire Fighter Recruit with the Honolulu Fire Department was proper. 

                      ACTION:  Withdrawal received April 16, 2012.  

LOUISE       5. Appeal of Louise L. Lewis against not meeting the minimum qualifications
L. LEWIS:        for Police Radio Dispatcher I, SR-14 with the Honolulu Police Department
                      was proper.

                      ACTION:  Withdrawal received September 17, 2012.

GREG S.      6. Appeal of Greg S. Kishaba seeking to determine whether his non-selection
KISHABA:       as a Metropolitan Police Recruit (MPR) with the Honolulu Police Department
                      was proper.
