Program Information

The City & County of Honolulu's Equal Opportunity (EO) Program serves as a resource to the executive and legislative leadership of the City & County of Honolulu.  While the EO Officer and staff positions are administratively assigned to the Human Resources Department, the program is expected to operate as independently as possible across all organizational levels and programs within the City.  The scope of responsibilities extends beyond employment, to all aspects of internal and external equal opportunity, civil rights, access, accommodation and diversity with in the City & County of Honolulu.
