MIYAZAKI, Kenneth S.

Aloha, I have been an Aiea resident for over 20 years & very active in the community. I am on the Village West BoD. I coached 5 seasons of Aiea AYSO soccer, 10 seasons of Aiea Little League & spent 4 years on the BoD of Aiea Pop Warner. I spent over 33 years with HPD, including being a supervisor in the Aiea area. I have much to contribute. Mahalo.



Jane has served on her condo board for over 20 years; she has worked to pass State and County laws relating to condo and community issues.  She has also been involved in programs and laws to provide services to seniors so that they could age in place and remain in their homes. She is an active member of the Aiea Community Association and wishes to continue to serve the Aiea community.

TAMBIO, Jennine B.

Aloha! I am a long-time Oahu resident who has lived in Halawa Heights for over 6 years. My husband's family has lived in Aiea for over 20 years. I have a MA from UH Manoa and have worked as a teacher in Hawaii for almost 10 years. I care deeply for our keiki, their future, neighborhood safety and improving recreational spaces.  I value serving our community and making Aiea better for all!

Member of ANB. Primary interests are long term community issues. Occupation: Electrical Consulting Engineer. Registered Parliamentarian. Experiences: Past Pres. of  a Toastmasters Club, Aiea Chapter-HBDA (ballroom dancing), Cactus and Succulent Society of Hawaii (also lecturer), and a Condominium Board. Past board member of Pacific Handcrafters Guild (Ceramic Potter).


TSUJI, Russell Y.

I'm a retired serviceman who fell in love with Hawaii and moved back here after 22 years of service. I am proud to represent the residents of my sub-district, and wish to continue my service. I have served on the Boards for various other organizations. As a permanent resident, and a father, I am very interested in the functions of this body, and I have a lot to offer to the Board and my community.


CLARK, William B.

Board Chair. Retired Deputy Chief, Honolulu Police Department. Former lecturer at Leeward Community College teaching Business Management. I want to represent our community by bringing community concerns to the attention of our elected officials.


COHEN, Lawrence R.

I appreciate the trust and honor of having been elected by my friends and neighbors to serve my community on this Neighborhood Board.  I humbly ask for your vote so I can continue to share my experience and skills in helping to keep Aiea a safe, serene and secure place for us to live together and raise our families.


GRUNCH, Russell R.

Aiea is a special place and we need to keep it safe along with having career opportunities for our children.  We need to take care of our seniors to ensure they receive the dignity and quality of life they deserve.  I promise to use my 42 years of public service experience with extensive leadership in public budgeting, community development and public safety to help make Aiea better.

TEXEIRA, Monica L.

Hello, I'm Monica Texeira, and I reside in Aiea. A former Board Member that stepped down due to Deployments. My first deployment to Iraq in 2009, and Afghanistan 2011-2012. A current Dept. of Defense Employee (31 years), I serve our Military Service Members Proudly, and continue to serve. Now I'm back and humbly ask for your vote so that I may return to the Board and serve my community.

I have resided in Aiea since 1985. I served as a Board Member of the Newtown Estates Community Association (NECA) for eight years and was President for three. I have served on all NECA Committees and Chaired several at one time or other in past years. I am interested in keeping Aiea a pleasant place to live. I want to insure that future growth conforms to existing Community standards.


LUCERO, Laren Ashley

I'm Laren Lucero and currently attend the UH at West Oahu. I'm in the Student Activities Board and Budget and Finance Committee participating with improving student experiences. I want to be a part of the Aiea Neighborhood Board because I want to be more involved with where I live and this is one way to start. I would be honored to be in the Aiea Neighborhood Board as a young adult representative.


MIZUSAWA, Richard A.

My name is Richard Mizusawa & I am a currently live in Newtown, Aiea, Hawaii. I attend UH Manoa & graduated from Aiea HS in 2010. I would like to serve on the Aiea NB to represent those in my subdistrict & address the issues in my community. I believe my past leadership experiences & service in other organizations will help me to serve, if elected, as a board member of the Aiea NB. Thank you.


I have been serving on the Aiea Neighborhood Board for several years, and wish to continue serving the Aiea Community. I retired as both a US Air Force and Bank of Hawaii officer, am actively involved in our community through service on various boards, and ask for your vote.
