3.1.   Discussion of the City’s Annual Budget Preparation Process for the Neighborhood Commission Office and Neighborhood System

3.2.   Discussion of the Neighborhood Commission Office’s Proposed Fiscal Year 2013 Budget (July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013; includes the next neighborhood board elections in May 2013)

3.3.   Discussion of Neighborhood Board Budget Guidelines, Determination of Annual Board Budget Allocations, and the Board Financial Statements

3.4.   Discussion of Development of a Neighborhood Board Budget Planning Survey Form and Process

 

4.      Announcements

 

4.1.   The Neighborhood Commission’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Council Committee Meeting Room, Honolulu Hale, Room 205, 530 South King Street.  The Commission will recess in March 2012.  The Commission’s regular meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month, unless otherwise noticed.

 

4.2.   The Neighborhood Plan Committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mayor’s Conference Room, Honolulu Hale, Room 301, 530 South King Street.
