Rules of Speaking:  Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes, unless otherwise directed by the Commission.

Note:  The Commission may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless properly added to the agenda.

2.   Roll Call of Commissioners, Establishment of Quorum

 

3.   Update on the Status of Pending Complaints – Executive Secretary Tom Heinrich

 

4.   Consideration of the Executive Secretary’s Recommendation to Initiate a Complaint Hearing to

      Consider the Imposition of Sanctions Against the Ewa Neighborhood Board No. 23 and/or Its

      Current Members Pursuant to Section 2-18-101 of the Neighborhood Plan

    

5.  Announcements

 

5.1.  The Neighborhood Commission’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 27,

        2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Council Committee Meeting Room, Honolulu Hale, Room 205,

        530 South King Street.  The Commission’s regular meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday

        of each month, unless otherwise noticed.

 

5.2.  Posted on the Neighborhood Commission web site http://www1.honolulu.gov/nco is the notice

        of the two public hearings concerning the proposed amendments to the Neighborhood Plan,

        both to be conducted on Saturday August 25, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. concurrently at

        Kapolei Hale and the Mission Memorial Building east of Honolulu Hale.  For more information, call
