Neighborhood Commission REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Monday September 24, 2012 7:00 p.m. City Council Committee Meeting Room Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. 7.1. Commission Action to Authorize Candidate Registration Affidavits for the 2013 Neighborhood Board Elections to be Filed by Electronic Means Pursuant to Section 2-17-204(d) of the Neighborhood Plan 7.2. Consideration and Action on Proposed Amendments to the Neighborhood Plan (Public Hearings Held on August 25, 2012 at Kapolei Hale and the 7.3. Consideration of Executive Secretary’s Recommendation to Dismiss the Following Complaints: 7.3.1. 7.3.2. 7.3.3. 7.3.4. 7.4. Consideration of Action to End the Complaint Proceeding Against Nanakuli/Maili Neighborhood Board No. 36 Member Kimo Kelii Because the Written Recommendation Accepted by the Neighborhood Commission on July 23, 2012 Contained the Wrong Date of the Alleged Violations of the Neighborhood Plan 7.5. Next meeting dates of the Elections Committee, Finance Committee, and Neighborhood Plan Committee. 9.
