Persons wishing to participate in the committee discussions are asked to raise their hand before speaking, and when recognized by the Chair, to address their comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, unless otherwise directed by the Committee.  Please silence all electronic devices.

 

I.                     Call to Order by Committee Chair Bob Finley

 

II.                   Roll Call of Committee Members [Chair Bob Finley, Bob Stubbs, Sylvia Young], Establishment of Quorum

 

III.                  Committee Business

A.      Discussion of the Initial List of Suggested Amendments to the Neighborhood Plan

B.     Discussion of and Call for comments on proposed amendments as well as any additional Amendment Suggestions for Consideration by the Committee; Establishment of Deadlines for Submittals to be Made to the Neighborhood Commission Office for Transmittal to the Committee

C.     Discussion of the Committee’s Tentative 2013 Schedule for the Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the Neighborhood Plan, Reporting Recommendations to the Neighborhood Commission, Subsequent Public Hearings, Final Consideration and Action by the Neighborhood Commission, and Presentation to the Mayor for Approval

D.     Scheduling of Next Neighborhood Plan Committee Meeting

 

IV.      Announcements

     

A.    The Neighborhood Commission’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Council Committee Meeting Room, Honolulu Hale, Room 205, 530 South King Street.  The Commission’s regular meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each odd numbered month, unless otherwise noticed.

 

V.                  Adjournment
