VII.    Commission Business

A.    Dismissal of complaint due to fact that respondent is not a current board member and therefore complaint is moot:

1)    1101-#13-01 Matusow v Middleton. Sections 2-14-107 Reporting change of residency and 2-14-108 Disqualification by relocation.

B.    Dismissal of complaint due to alleged violation being moot:

1)    0703-#13-06 Matusow v Downtown Neighborhood Board No. 13. Article 9 Vacancy, Section 3‑9.3.

C.   Dismissal of complaint as alleged violation provides a general principle and is not self-executing and is therefore moot:

     1)  2013-05 Noga v Moore. Section 2-13-106 Community forum limitations.

D.  Dismissal of complaint due to withdrawal by complainant:

1)   0702-#05-03 Gau v Wong/Matson

E.     Selection of complaints to be heard at the February 24, 2014 sanctions hearing.

1)    2013-03 Iseke v Koolauloa #28. VII.     Announcements

A.   The Neighborhood Commission’s next sanctions hearing is tentatively scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2014 at 6:15 p.m. at the City Council Committee Meeting Room, Honolulu Hale, Room 205, 530 South King Street. This meeting may be recessed pending Commission action.
