2-11-303 Eliminates the limit on the amount of time that may elapse between regular meetings and repeals the requirement that the commission meet on pre-established meeting dates.

2-14-109   Authorizes the chair of the commission to move a meeting date under certain circumstances.

2-14-123 Amends the provision regarding succession of the presiding officers at a meeting by specifying that such succession shall occur during periods of "temporary" disability.

2-14-107 Provides that changes of residency must be reported to the executive secretary, rather than the commission, and authorizes the executive secretary to determine whether the member remains qualified to serve.  Requires the executive secretary to notify a disqualified member and sets a new effective date for the disqualification.

2-14-106 Makes the executive secretary responsible for issuing a letter notifying board members when they have accumulated the maximum number of absences.  Changes the deadline for issuance of the letter to seven days prior to the subsequent meeting. Amends language so that a board shall formally consider removal of a member whenever the member accumulates an additional two absences.
