TRAFFIC CALMING WORKSHOPS SCHEDULED

The Department of Transportation Services will conduct traffic calming workshops at schools in the Aiea Heights, Halawa, Ala Moana and Moiliili neighborhoods as follows:

Wednesday, May 16
Moiliili Traffic Calming Workshop at Ala Wai Elementary Cafeteria, 503 Kamoku Street, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For the area around Ala Wai Elementary, Kuhio Elementary and Iolani Schools.

Thursday, May 17
Halawa Traffic Calming Workshop at Makalapa Elementary Cafeteria, 4435 Salt Lake Blvd., 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For the area between Kamehameha Highway, Salt Lake Boulevard and Kalaoa Drive

Monday, May 21
Ala Moana Traffic Calming Workshop at Kaahumanu Elementary Cafeteria, 1141 Kinau St., 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. For the area around Kaahumanu Elementary and McKinley High Schools.

Tuesday, May 22
Aiea Heights Traffic Calming Workshop at Aiea high School Cafeteria, 98- 1276 Ulune St., 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For the area between Aiea Heights Drive, Ulune Street and Kamilo Street.
