            The following statement is from Mayor Jeremy Harris regarding the new energy system that will be installed at Honolulu Hale:

            “The new equipment will provide City Hall with an energy-efficient system that will cut our bill by about 30 percent, or $118,000 a year.  Our City has for some time now been aggressively seeking ways to conserve and reduce the cost of energy in our operations.”
