KAILUA BEACH PARK PAVILION AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS 

The Department of Parks and Recreation is advising the public that the new picnic pavilion at Kailua Beach Park may be reserved by obtaining a permit from the Kailua District Park office. 

Families and community organizations planning to hold functions at the pavilion are strongly encouraged to secure a permit in advance of their scheduled event. Use of the popular facility will otherwise be allowed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
