1. Between Ala Moana Blvd. & Lewers Street.(makai curb lane coned for emergency use.)

PARKING PROHIBITION: 3:00 pm to 12:00 mid-night, Friday, Tow Away
1 Kalakaua Ave. makai side, between Ala Moana Blvd & Lewers Street.
2 Lewers Street, both sides, between Ala Wai Blvd & Kalia Rd.
3. Kalia Rd. between Lewers Street & Saratoga Rd..
4. Seaside Ave. loading zone on Koko Head side, from Lauula Street to Waikiki Theater.

King Kamehameha Day Celebration Floral Parade

Saturday, June 9, 2001; 9:30 am

PARADE ROUTE: Start:(on King Street at Richards Street) King Street, right onto Punchbowl Street, left onto Ala Moana, right onto Kalakaua Avenue. (Marching units will disband on Kalakaua Ave between Monsarrat Ave & 1st turn around and other units will disband at Queen Kapiolani Park Parking Lot and Monsarrat Ave).

All cross streets along the parade route will be closed progressively until all units of the parade have cleared the area.

Intermittent flow of cross street traffic will be provided for at the following intersections:
Coral Street at Ala Moana
Hobron Lane at Ala Moana
Kalia/ena Road at Ala Moana
Saratoga Rd./Kalaimoku St at Kalakaua Ave.

ASSEMBLY AREA: Street closure from 7:30 A.M. or when the units arrive and until the units clear the area.
1. Richards Street from Hotel Street to Queen Street.
2. King Street from Bishop Street to Richards Street, makai side, 3 lanes.
3. Merchant Street from Alakea Street to Mililani Street.
4. Bishop Street from King Street to Queen Street, Koko Head side, 3 lanes.

PARKING PROHIBITION: after 6:30 am, Saturday, Tow Away
1. Richards Street between Hotel and Queen streets.

2. Merchant Street between Alakea and Richards streets.
3. Alakea Street Koko Head side, between Ala Moana and Beretania Street.
4.bishop Street between King and Queen streets.
5. King Street mauka side, between Richards and Punchbowl streets.
6. Punchbowl Street between King Street and Ala Moana.
7. Ala Moana between Punchbowl Street and Kalakaua Ave.
8. South Street Koko Head side, between Ala Moana Blvd and Auahi Street.

PARKING PROHIBITION: 6:30 am to 1 pm, Saturday, Tow Away
1. Kapahulu Ave, Koko Head side, between Kuhio and Paki avenues.

3. Kalakaua Ave. mauka side, between pole #s 257 to 253, parking meter #s Y198 to Y209 (12 meters).

1. Queen Emma Street Ewa side, Kukui Street to Vineyard Blvd. fronting Central Intermediate School..

ROUTE: Start, Ala Moana Park Dr. near Magic Island-go Ewa on Park Rd-Exit from the Ewa entrance of Ala Moana Park-right onto Ala Moana Blvd., makai side-right onto Kalakaua Ave., makai side-left onto Monsarrat Ave., kkhd side-right onto Paki Ave., makai side-left onto Diamond Head Rd., makai side, right onto 18th Ave., makai side, right onto Kilauea Ave., makai side, right onto Waialae Ave-right onto Kealaolu Ave (bike path), right onto Kahala Ave., makai or mauka side sidewalk area, cross over to mauka side curb lane at Elepaio Street, onto Diamond Head Rd., makai side, left onto Kalakaua Ave., mauka side to Honolulu Marathon finish line.
