            The City is advising motorists that it will be repaving North King Street, between Liliha and River streets, in the evenings and overnight beginning Wednesday, May 22. 

            The work, which is part of the King Street Rehabilitation Project, will be performed from 6:30 p.m. through 5:00 a.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Temporary lane closures can be expected during the evening construction, with two traveling lanes left open in each direction.  Motorists are advised to find alternate routes during this time. 

            The expected completion date of this phase of work is June 7.  The entire King Street Rehabilitation Project is scheduled to be finished by July 2.  Royal Contracting is the project contractor.
