FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-  February 1, 2002


            Mayor Jeremy Harris has announced that starting today (February 1), the Kaimuki-Kapahulu-Waikiki Trolley will be operated by E Noa Tours.


            The trolleys will operate daily, running every 30 minutes from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.  The trolley fare is $1.00 per trip, with special fares available for seniors and Waikiki Trolley ticket holders.


            The trolley provides a fast and convenient means to travel to the numerous fine local stores and restaurants in the Kaimuki and Kapahulu areas.  It will follow the existing Kaimuki-Kapahulu-Waikiki Trolley route.
