MAYOR AUTHORIZES FUNDS FOR LAKE WILSON CLEAN-UP

          Mayor Jeremy Harris announced today that he has authorized the Department of FacilityMaintenance to spend up to $500,000 on the Salvinia clean-up at Lake Wilson.

          The Mayor said that the money used by the City to combat the weed infestation at Lake Wilson will be reimbursed through a federal grant available in July, if the City Council concurs.
