KANEWAI POOL CLOSURE DECEMBER 13 TO 15

            Kanewai Community Park swimming pool, located at 2695 Dole Street, will modify its hours of operation from December 13 to 15 due to chlorination and annual maintenance.

            On Tuesday, December 13, the pool will be closed for evening swim but will be open during normal daytime hours.  On Wednesday, December 14, the pool is scheduled to be closed all day.  On Thursday, December 15, the pool will be closed in the morning and will reopen from 2 to 5 p.m. and again from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m.

            As an alternative, recreation personnel suggest going to the nearest community pool at Palolo Valley District Park, 2007 Palolo Avenue.   Kanewai Park pool will resume its normal operating hours from December 16.
