SATELLITE CITY HALLS, VARIOUS CITY SERVICES, TO CLOSE OCTOBER 10

            Several—but not most—City offices and services will be closed for special employee training on Monday, October 10, which is observed by the federal government (although not the City or State) as the Discoverer’s Day holiday.

            Full-day training will be provided to all employees and managers of the Customer Services Department, requiring the closure on October 10 of the following operations:

·       All Satellite City Halls.

·       All motor vehicle licensing, registration and permits offices.

·       The Library, Records Management and Bookstore.

·       The City Print Shop.

·       The City Information and Complaint Offices.

Closure of the above are for October 10 only, and normal operations will resume the following day, Tuesday, October 11.   Other City services will operate as normal on October 10.
