MANOA FLOOD ADVISORY

            The Oahu Civil Defense Agency reports Manoa Stream is overflowing its banks. Water up to 2 feet deep is reported on some roads in Manoa. People who are in the area should remain indoors and move to higher levels, if possible. People outside Manoa should stay away for now. Motorists are advised not to try to cross flooded roads.
