 CITY ACCEPTING SURF CONTEST APPLICATIONS

FOR OAHU NORTH SHORE 

            The City’s Department of Parks and Recreation has announced it is accepting applications to hold a surf contest or a shore water event on the North Shore of Oahu during the period October 2006 to March 2007.

            Application for Use of Park Facilities, Application Supplement and Event Data Sheet forms must be hand-delivered to the Director, Department of Parks and Recreation no later than 4 p.m., April 25, 2006, or mailed to the Director, Department of Parks and Recreation, 1000 Uluohia Street, Suite 309, Kapolei, Hawaii, 96706, and postmarked by the U. S. Postal Service no later than April 25, 2006, to be considered.
