Toys for Tots Collection Box Located at Honolulu Hale

A Toys for Tots collection box will be located in the Honolulu Hale Courtyard to receive new and unused toys from December 2 through December 19, between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.     People visiting Honolulu Hale to view the Honolulu City Lights displays or enjoy the live entertainment are invited to donate toys to help make the holiday season brighter for a deserving child.

Darth Vader and a legion of Stormtroopers have also joined the festivities to collect toys for the Toys for Tots program. Members of the 501st Legion (the world’s premiere Star Wars costuming club), will be in full costume in the Honolulu Hale Courtyard on December 14, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Since 1947, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program has fulfilled the wishes of millions of disadvantaged children during the holidays, reinforcing the joy and true meaning of Christmas giving and sharing.
