START DECEMBER 2 AT HONOLULU HALE Musicians, singers and other performers will be on hand to enchant and entertain people visiting Honolulu Hale to view the Honolulu City Lights displays next month. The Honolulu City Lights Christmas Concert Series will feature nightly festive entertainment from December 2 to 23.
