Mayor Mufi Hannemann announced today that the Center for Digital Government has once again ranked
“For the second year in a row,
Top-ranked cities will receive the Center’s Digital Cities Survey award and will be honored at a reception in conjunction with the National League of Cities’ annual conference. Additionally, winners will be featured in articles in Digital Communities magazine.
“This award reflects the dedication and hard work of the staff of the Department of Information Technology,” said its director, Gordon Bruce. “I am very proud of my team and what they continue to accomplish.”
The Center for Digital Government is a national research and advisory institute providing government, education and industry leaders with decision support, research and educational services to help them effectively incorporate new technologies in the 21st century.
The National League of Cities is the oldest and largest national organization representing municipal governments throughout the Untied States. Its mission is to strengthen and promote cities as centers of opportunity, leadership, and governance.
