SOME PARKS FACILITIES TO REMAIN CLOSED

The beach parks at Waimanalo Bay and Bellows are closed temporarily due to tree damage caused by recent heavy rains and strong winds.  An announcement on reopening the beach parks will be made after the damage has been fully assessed by Department of Parks and Recreations staff.  Public safety is our highest priority and closures may last through the weekend.

In addition, Foster Botanical Garden, Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden and Liliuokalani Botanical Garden will remain closed today.
