COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE OFFICE CLOSED ON DECEMBER 24

          (Friday, December 18, 2009) --- The Commercial Drivers Licensing (CDL) office at 99-501 Salt Lake Boulevard near Aloha Stadium will close on Thursday, December 24, 2009, due to the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl football game.  Commercial motor vehicle and motorcycle operator skills testing will not be administered.  The parking lot used by the CDL office for its driver license activities will be used for event parking.

Commercial drivers and motorcycle riders are advised to renew permits or licenses prior to the temporary closure.  The office will reopen for business on Monday,

December 28, 2009.
