ROUTE 15 BUS SERVICE FOR MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY

          The City will provide shuttle bus service for those attending the Mayor’s Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 31, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, as part of TheBus Route 15 Makiki/Pacific Heights.  The ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m.  Parking at the cemetery is very limited and those attending are encouraged to use the bus.

          Route 15 will continue to service passengers.  Free parking will be available at the Fasi Civic Center lot for motorists who wish to board the bus at the Alapai Transit Center.  Pick up at the Alapai Transit Center will be from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.  Destination signs on the buses will read “15 Punchbowl and 15 Alapai Transit Center (return bus).”  Regular fares of $2.25 for adults and $1 for youth (grades 1- 12) will remain.  Monthly adult and youth passes will be accepted, and elderly and disabled cards will be honored.
