(Fri., March 11, 2011) --- Oahu residents are advised that all Oahu tsunami evacuation roadblocks and access to evacuation zones will be completely closed at 2:00 a.m. this morning.

No vehicular traffic will be allowed in. All evacuation travel must be completed by that time.
