MAYOR CALDWELL APPOINTS MARK D. WONG
TO BE DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Honolulu – Mayor Kirk Caldwell today announced his nomination of Mark D. Wong, founder of Commercial Data Systems, the largest Hawaii-based IT company, to be Director of Information Technology.

Wong's expertise includes design and coding of software systems, network and security design, operations management, fiscal and legal management, and project management.
