November 27 – December 10, 2013

 

Honolulu - Mayor Kirk Caldwell released the following public schedule today.  It is subject to change.

 

Wednesday, November 27

  • Noon to 1 p.m. – Shane Victorino event, Downtown Athletic Club Hawaii, Hukilau Restaurant, 1088 Bishop Street. Mayor to speak at about 12:20 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Navy League recognizing military spouses, Mayor’s Conference Room, Honolulu Hale.

 

Thursday, November 28 (Thanksgiving)

  • 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Salvation Army annual Thanksgiving event, Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

 

Friday, November 29

  • 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Adult Friends for Youth “Celebration for Youth” fundraiser, Sheraton Waikiki, Hawaii Ballroom.

 

Saturday, November 30

  • 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Hawaii Kai Holiday Parade, Kamiloiki District Park to Koko Marina Center via Lunalilo Home Road. 

Sunday, December 1

  • 10:30 a.m. to noon – Toys for Tots “Toy Run Parade,” Magic Island, Ala Moana Beach Park.

 

Tuesday, December 3

  • 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. – Weekly Cabinet meeting (closed), Honolulu Hale.

 

Wednesday, December 4

  • Noon – Press conference on Honolulu Marathon security, Emergency Management Center, Fasi Municipal Building basement.

 

Thursday, December 5

  • Noon to 6 p.m. – Leeward Coast site visits.
  • 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. – Leeward Town Hall meeting, Waianae District Park.  Live coverage on ‘Olelo.

 

Friday, December 6

  • 2 p.m. – Giant holiday tree topping, Honolulu Hale.

 

Saturday, December 7

  • 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. – 72nd Annual Pearl Harbor Day commemoration, Pearl Harbor
  • 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Mililani Holiday Parade, Town Center of Mililani.
  • 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. – Honolulu City Lights, Honolulu Hale.  Live coverage on ‘Olelo.
  • 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Kawaiahao Church Concert, Kawaiahao Church.

 

Sunday, December 8

  • 4:45 a.m.– Honolulu Marathon starting ceremony, Ala Moana Beach Park.

 

Monday, December 9

  • 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. – Hawaii News Now Sunrise “Ask the Mayor” segments.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. – Twitter Town Hall.  Participants can tweet questions to @MayorKirkHNL and Mayor Caldwell and his Cabinet members will answer as many as possible. 

 

Monday, December 10

  • 10:30 a.m. – State of OHA Address, Central Union Church, 1660 South Beretania St. 
  • 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. – Hawaii Kai Town Hall Meeting, Kaiser High School.  Live coverage on ‘Olelo.
