     7.1        Neighborhood Plan Committee meeting to be held January 4, 2003 at the 
                 Human Resource Personnel Conference Room from 9 am to 3 pm.  All                     Commissioners are encouraged to be there.

      7.2        Decide the deferred Garry Smith vs Ewa NB#23 case dated 4-11-01.

7.3       Decide deferred parts 4,5,6 of the Earl Arakaki vs Ewa NB#23 case dated 3-21-01.

 8.         NEW BUSINESS

8.1              Discuss the establishment of a policy where, the Executive Secretary sends via United States mail, to sitting board members, a copy of the Draft Revised Neighborhood Plan, at least 45 days prior to the public hearing date. And if anyone requests a copy of the Revised Neighborhood Plan, they should contact the Neighborhood Commission Office to request an additional copy.
