3.         EXECUTIVE SESSION – Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-4 & 92-5(a)(4) & 

(8), for the purpose of consulting with the Neighborhood Commission Legal Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities, especially in relation to the complaint proceedings which follows on the agenda.

4.         UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

            As reconvened and recessed on August 31, 2004.

4.1       Pursuant to Section 1-10.1 of the Revised Neighborhood Plan of the City and County of Honolulu 1986 (1998 Ed.), the public hearing on complaints against Neighborhood Board 34 (Kioni Dudley), alleging violations of Chapter 4, Rule 9 of the Revised Neighborhood Plan and other inappropriate conduct, shall be continued as shown below :
