PLEASE NOTE:  To accommodate the business of this meeting as listed on the agenda below, all speakers are encouraged to be brief and to the point in order to move the discussions forward.  The Commission has established a limit of 2 minutes for questions and comments unless otherwise directed by the Commission. Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized, address the Chair. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once on any agenda item.  All interested persons will be afforded an opportunity to submit data, views, or concerns in writing and present oral testimony on any agenda item, pursuant to the “Sunshine Law” – Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-3.

C.        Formation of a Permitted Interaction Group (PIG) of less than a quorum of Commission members pursuant to section 92-2.5, HRS, to review and make recommendations regarding complaints filed with the Commission

D.        Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes of May 9, 2006

IV.            EXECUTIVE SESSION - Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-4 & 92-5(a)(4) & (8) for the purpose of consulting with the Neighborhood Commission’s Legal Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities, especially in relation to the revision process of the Commission’s rules (Neighborhood Plan).
