NEIGHBORHOOD COMMISSION MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2009 TRAINING COMMITTEE MEETING – 6:00 P.M. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 2 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 2 minutes. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once on any agenda item. All interested persons will be afforded an opportunity to submit data, views, or concerns in writing and present oral testimony on any agenda item, pursuant to the “Sunshine Law” – Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 92.
