Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.
Note: The Commission may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda.

Executive Session – Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-4 & 92-5(a)(4) & (8) for the purpose of consulting with the Neighborhood Commission’s Legal Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities in relation to the review and approval of Executive Session minutes.

V. COMMISSION BUSINESS
a. Filling of vacant seat(s) on the Kalihi-Palama Neighborhood Board No. 15 pursuant to Section 2-14-104(e) of the 2008 Neighborhood Plan.
b. Agenda Template Evaluations following 6-month trial period.
