NEIGHBORHOOD COMMISSION REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA Monday, January 25, 2010 7:00 p.m. Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices. Note: The Commission may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. I. Executive Session – Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-4 & 92-5(a)(4) & (8) for the purpose of consulting with the Neighborhood Commission’s Legal Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities in relation to the review and approval of Executive Session minutes. i. November 23, 2009 V. COMMISSION BUSINESS a. Intervener Status of the Mililani/Waipio/Melemanu Neighborhood Board No. 25 with the b. Consideration of a Videotaping Policy c. Assignment of Neighborhood Commission Members to attend Board Meetings d. e. Scheduling of a Conference of Chairs f. Update on Kalihi-Palama Neighborhood Board No. 15 g. The next Regular Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 26, 2010 at Kapolei Hale, Council Meeting Room, at 7:00 p.m. VIII. ADJOURNMENT A mailing list is maintained for interested persons and agencies to receive the Neighborhood Commission agenda and minutes. Additions, corrections, and deletions to the mailing list may be directed to the Neighborhood Commission Office (NCO), Honolulu Hale, Any individual wishing to attend a Neighborhood Commission meeting who has questions about accommodations for a physical disability or special physical need should call the NCO at 768-3710 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at least 24-hours before the scheduled meeting. |
