REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Monday April 25, 2011 7:00 p.m. Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Special Meeting: February 17, 2011 B. Regular Meeting: February 28, 2011 C. Regular Meeting: March 28, 2011 D. Executive Session – Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-4 & 92-5(a)(4) & (8) for the purpose of consulting with the Neighborhood Commission's Legal Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities in relation to the review and approval of Executive Session minutes. 1. Special Meeting Executive Session: February 17, 2011 V. COMMISSION BUSINESS A. Petition to Dissolve the Koolauloa Neighborhood Board No. 28 B. Resolution requesting the State government establish a standard reduced rate for Neighborhood Board Facility Rental fees. VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS A. The Neighborhood Commission’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Honolulu Hale, City Council Committee Meeting Room. VII.
