Note:  The Commission may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS Chapter 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless properly added to the agenda.

D.         Executive Session – Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-4 & 92-5(a)(4) & (8) for the purpose of consulting with the Neighborhood Commission's Legal Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities in relation to the review and approval of Executive Session minutes.

1.     Special Meeting Executive Session: February 17, 2011

 

V.          COMMISSION BUSINESS

A.          Petition to Dissolve the Koolauloa Neighborhood Board No. 28

B.         Resolution requesting the State government establish a standard reduced rate for Neighborhood Board Facility Rental fees.

 

VI.        ANNOUNCEMENTS

A.          The Neighborhood Commission’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Honolulu Hale, City Council Committee Meeting Room.
