9.5               East Honolulu Development Plan – NHB#3 included in East Honolulu instead of Central

9.6               Muffler Citations, Chronic Noise Violations and Complaints – Leo Hura

9.7               Kahala Nui – Parking concerns on Malia Street, Kahala Nui will addressed internal parking with employees again.  Can’t make NHB Meeting.
