I.    CALL TO ORDER at 7:00 p.m.

II.   PUBLIC SAFETY & COMMUNITY LIAISON  (35 MINUTES)

          a.  Ala Wai Canal -  For update on bypass go to www.beachwalkbypass.com

          b.  Hausten Ditch -  No action due to cost.

          c.  Makiki Stream -  Next clean ups are scheduled for February 10th at 8:30 a.m. 

              meet at Jack in the Box.  April 14th, August 11th and October 20th.

          d.  Manoa Stream 

          e.  Palolo Stream - Rainy season, no clean up scheduled.

       3.  OMPO Report -  January 17th Meeting Report.

       4. T.A.G. Meeting of Friday, January 26th Report.
